This webinar is meant to save you study time and build your confidence in answering exam-like questions about botanical medicine for your upcoming NPLEX II exam.
The framework for this course was built using the NPLEX Blueprint and official Materia Medica list and uses a case-based format to explore important and/or overlooked botanicals while highlighting strategies meant to help you choose the best possible solutions.
Special emphasis is placed on:
Herbal safety, including contraindications, possible adverse effects & herb-drug interactions.
Lesser-known herbs (e.g, how well do you know Cineraria compared to Chamomilla?).
Key indications for select herbs based on NPLEX II Blueprint core conditions list.
Botanical case management including determining appropriate posology and methods of administration.
